To many family members get promoted to management, causing major headaches to get anything done. Throwing bodies at an issue to solve a problem instead of replacing the family member who caused the department to implode. Not firing workers who do no do their job. Inconsistent reviews, the higher you score the lower your raise is. Being volunteered for a project when you have no band width.
