      Great learning potential about HIT industry, friendly coworkers. Lack of attention to detail

      Pros

      lots to learn about in this fast growing space. there is ample room to grow from a trainer to EIS to project manager then to a team lead. you meet a lot of clients and interactive with them a lot. you work on huge contracts early on and management never says no to doing something bold.

      Cons

      Downward pressure on salaries. During annual performance review no recognition of extra effort or time spent on a project. Unless you are friendly with coworkers or related to them hard to build a good rep. Lots of Nepotism in office.

      Pros

      You get good hike ranging from 10% to 30%.

      Cons

      Company doesnt following absolutely any software model. You keeping doing same thing many many times. You have to keeping impressing ceo to get proper raise.

      Pros

      - 24/7 home pick up n drop by an AC cab. - Awesome office at Boomerang. - Is a private sector company which shares profits with employees! - Subsidized unlimited food at Rs.20. - Nice crowd of friendly and respectful people. Not much office politics seen here!

      Cons

      - Salary slab could be higher. - Bad coffee machines that are more of a loose motion guaranteeing machines. - No cellphones on floor (rule made by HR, which they themselves don't follow!) - Referral system could be better.
