      Pros

      It is a good company to work with I had a great time working there they treat their employees with utmost respect and pay them well also not forgetting a very good bonus. There is scope of learning and growing within the company I gained a lot of ISTQB certifications from there. Management also is good they listen and understand their employees.

      Cons

      Team engagement needs to be there offline as well as online.

      Great travel perks but short onboarding training

      Pros

      Travel was great, got to use my own cc to book everything made a lot of points and status with companies. Mid year bonuses and end of year raise. Community within the company is great and helpful.

      Cons

      Onboarding training is too short and not enough to be well versed in the software. Had to do a lot of research and work on my own time to learn the software and medical terminology.
