Pros

Vision of the senior management is clear and good. Many benefits are provided by the company for the employees. The Site director is kind of a role model to be followed. Work with Fun environment

Cons

The junior management (Leads & Managers)only supports those who become their personal workers. Even if u dont deserve a promotion but still ur if u good with ur leads u can get one. HR in this company is not for the employees but for the leads.
