Starting with the Centre Head of the Co. - Amar Krishna, of of the most approachable and genuine person to talk to, understands everyone's concerns and also addresses them non biasedly. Managers are extremely down to earth, you go to them with your concern, they will make sure they do their best, very professional, skilled and well deserved to be managers. Can be tagged as most TRANSPARENT MANAGERS! Team Leads manage their teams effectively and share a very healthy and friendly atmosphere, drags me to work everyday. TAMs / colleagues are amazing, very healthy competetors at work and friend outside, lot of them deserve promotions. Superb work culture and infra, services like transport, provides A/C cabs hardly any other Co. may provide, nice cafe and lot of variety to hog at subsidised rates such that we may afford. Just need to work effectively to grow. Training team takes care of the employees who have completed 2 years in the co. By giving them carrier guidance.

Good infrastructure , Amazing service like Transport , café (its like a lounge :-), medical benefits, good salary compared to market outside in metro cities, give chance to freshers (which no one gives as all other companies, they ask for some experience), Management is transparent. Also, there are many job profiles (tech & non-tech) so everyone gets change to learn new things, No job pressure, secured job.

Cons

Night shift BUT I would not tag it as negative because it is US company and obviously we have to work as per the timings. If someone is not prepared to do night shift should not join or else join with a positive attitude rather than blaming afterwards.

Open Door Policy Managers , Team Leads and Center Head-Amar Krishna very approachable Good Facilities like transport and Cafeteria,Mediclaim benefits One of the best Offices in Mumbai Promotion happens within the organization Privately Held Lot of Employee centric activities...all festivals celebrated

Not a Con ...Due to the healthcare IT industry and clinics and hospitals dont close..have to sometimes work during festivals
