in india, all employees are treated as resource, they dont think about there growth and no proper bonus given as per there effort.

The company is privately held, so good stability and secured financial environment is available. Very diverse product and department structure. Positive approach towards clients and Products. After proving yourself lots of opportunities are available. The future prospects of company is excellent.

Cons

inter-department communication is better, and could be improved in a drastic way. Some policies were created after the deadline and not informed, due to which confusion creeps in. there is lot of pressure on some of the experience employees, it could be shared with the new employees in a positive way.
