      Pros

      - 24/7 home pick up n drop by an AC cab. - Awesome office at Boomerang. - Is a private sector company which shares profits with employees! - Subsidized unlimited food at Rs.20. - Nice crowd of friendly and respectful people. Not much office politics seen here!

      Cons

      - Salary slab could be higher. - Bad coffee machines that are more of a loose motion guaranteeing machines. - No cellphones on floor (rule made by HR, which they themselves don't follow!) - Referral system could be better.

      Pros

      All promotions are done internally, rather than hiring leads or managers from outside the organisation. This increases employee morale to an great extent. Good ambiance. Each an employee gets an opportunity to grow laterally as well as vertically. Appraisal hike is comparatively good in the industry. Company shares its profit with the employees. Open door policy is one of the USP's.
