They strated hiring now after project is completed. - No proper projects management, only setting up the project take the hell amounts of time on Powerful machine. ‐ very old technology stack , this is because a few upper hierarchy is having very poor knowledge of latest technologies and they are very scared to brings the new technologies. -Like a school, you have complete lots of exams for healthcare domain and compliance which is headache sometimes. -Lots of internal politics like every company have - No learning trainings or not providing online learning courses on udemy or other platforms - Sometimes needs long stay back to work with USA Developers -Diwali Bonus is biased, it should depends on works not on team or mentors.
