Pros

Good to start with, for non IT guys. Good to shift from BPO to IT industry. Want to be fluent in communication, join eClinical instead of English speaking classes, they provide good cultural training. If one is HSC passed or a college dropout and don't want to study further, then this is the place you are looking for. Salary is credit in time & bonus is paid yearly (though at times their are delays, but they do pay as promised). Its an exciting location to work at (in Boomerang). And finally.... Admin and infra team... I admire the way, they work day in and day out to make a clean and healthy environment to work with in ecw.

Cons

Not for Engineers and IT graduates. Entire Job is based on a lie: Jobs role and responsibilities are not properly explained to the employees, while joining. Its only after, when one comes on floor he/she realizes that he/she have been tricked. Quite demoralizing... when one see HSC passed (some even appeared), college dropouts and non IT guys working as managers and Team leads (or Technical Leads) who doesn't know a thing in IT. Appraisal parameters are senseless (It may had changed now) No efforts put in by company for employee growth viz.. a. Training not provided as per to international standards. b. Though ecw is a Healthcare IT company, their are no international certification initiated by company in Healthcare standards. c. It doesn't encourages employees to go for higher studies (though many of the employees in here are HSC appeared/failed, College Dropouts) Senior management is not transparent with the employees. Promotion are biased, relatives and friends are given more preference instead of talented individuals.

Pros

-Work Environment is very Friendly. -Yearly Bonuses -Flat 30% hike for freshers after 6 month(you have to sign a years contract.)

Cons

-Very Little career growth. -Too much responsibility but no latitude in other hand. -No matter how skillful you may be, everybody is in a pipeline. So no growth unless seniors move ahead or leave. -Good if you want to learn politics. -Becoming more of a call center day by day. -Two kind of people stay.. one who does not works becomes a Team Lead or other fancy positions, One who works hard.. needs to prove that he actually does that. Your hard-work will never surface unless you shout at top of your voice. -Monotonous work with very less value in outside world. -Rewards and recognition's only for tenured, if you work hard and do something nice,... then thanks for coming to work.. it was your duty.

Pros

eCW has a very start up mentality. If you want to do something, you go ahead and do it. And if the CEO likes it he will like you back. Thats right the CEO notices your hard work or lack of hard work here. So if you want to move up you are going to have to do something about it. And when you do a great job, you get noticed. The CEO remembers you, and will know you, because you did something great for eCW. The CEO will come to you personally and appreciate your effort and thats a big deal. You don't get that in many places, heck i don't think the management will know your name in other companies, here they will.

Cons

Politics - but what workplace doesnt. So at the end of the day you ignore everyone and only one person counts. Parking - come early you are good, come late, well. Communication - a lot of people dont like sharing, either that or people dont know how to share. Sharing is caring people.
