      Good work culture. Good allowance. Cab facility.

      Nothing bad over there, just sometimes you have to work out of working ours but overall good.

      Work from home. Office allowances could have been better if WFH allowances also given. Works on AI.

      Cons

      Promotions criteria are almost impossible to achieve. Performance rating matrix are very hard and too much diplomatic where managers always gets excuse to rate you lower. Too much salary hikes delay with very small increase as per market standard.
