Once you become an accountant executive your bosses are terrible bullies They look for any reason to s**** y** out of your paycheck.It varies How they feel in if you've missed any work is they will take your whole check for insurance and the next time they could pay you and double up on insurance/ benefits payment the next time.Dont work here if you have any health problems they are not friendly or understanding they say they are but again look to screw you over and never make it write

Clear path to promotion with great training and consistent feedback. If you listen to what they say and implement it, you will be promoted very quickly. Remote work is truly a huge bonus.

Cons

The first few months are a grind with relatively low pay. Some people get discouraged and can’t handle it. Keep your eyes on the prize.
