Pros

Great people. I love the new office.

Cons

Pay and Benefits are horrible. Quotas are brutal considering how bad the leads are.

Pros

The people at Efinancial are a fun lot, they aspire to create a warm environment and succeed. Frustrating or stressful days are heavily balanced by a fantastic and balanced crew of personalities, free coffee and beach balls.

Cons

There is little place to move up or around as far as internal growth, and in many cases the company strives to limit growth in good employees. The management is unorganized and pay structure inconsistant. They are nutorious for letting problems stew for months before doing any sort of write up or retraining. Its incredibly frustrating from the aspect of watching teams disolve when a manager should have stepped in to help retrain or solve the problem months prior, or watching morale drop when some simple communication could have assisted the staff.

Pros

Good work environment. My co-workers made it worth while to come to work. They have the right idea, but a challenging place to make money.

Cons

Hard to make money. They often change the rules as to what they are going to pay out on. You will get a charge back on policies that cancel with in 12 months. You are forced to sell undesirable products because that is what they will pay out on - Bonuses. Not looking out for the consumers best interest - only their best interest. 100% commission.
