Pros

Work from home...only problem is you will never be able to look up from your computer all while getting verbally abused by prospects

Cons

They lie to you from the beginning talking about the account executive position. Don't work here. You will most likely not get the account executive position because those spots are filled. The system that you are calling with does not have an option to call back later. So let me paint a picture...You call a prospect and the wife says sorry "im IN THE HOSPITAL TAKING CARE OF MY SICK HUSBAND...can you call me after 5pm?" Cut to 10 minutes later and they receive another call from most likely you the BDR, because the system doesn't have an option to call back later. At which point you will get verbally abused on the phone..rightfully so....shes in the hospital taking care of her sick husband. All for $15 an hour. And oh by the way this happens over 300 times a day. They sell over priced life insurance to broke people. Not to mention the leads are so broke that you will have to PAY BACK your commission if they dont pay for their policy. Dont work here. Managers are trash and don't care about you. In n Out burger starts at $22. This is $15 and you get verbally abused and taken advantage of all day. Have a good day everyone. :)
