The company really does a great job of taking care of employees benefits wise. The people you work with are awesome and helpful. Pay is eh, but it works.

Cons

The dialer that they work with is absolute crap. You say so to management and it falls on deaf ears. They say, “just make this change to your approach.” You are graded by your ability to transfer, but it’s a farm. The leads are ok sometimes but you will be calling people who have been called 10 times already. All under the guise of it being from Fidelity Life.
