Pros

I love working here. They really take care of us and I feel like we are one big family. Its nice to wake up in the morning and enjoy going to work. All the extra stuff upper management does for its employees is amazing. It so nice to work with people that really care about you.

Cons

Only thing I can think of is the traffic in the area, trying to get home can take 20 minutes before I even get to the freeway.

Pros

Pay is competitive. The company is growing quickly. Salespeople can be successful on a 40 hour week. Good support for sales staff with on the job training, client retention teams, and case management teams. Benefits have seen recent incremental improvement.

Cons

Direct to market sales can be draining. Very little variety in the day to day. Working one Saturday a month is required.
