You will only succeed based on your relationships. There are no growth opportunities at egain. Salary if laughable in the bay area and promotions are non existing. The in-office requirement is depressing and when the CEO is around the area turns frighting. Most of the workers are Indian so there is zero culture. You will do the job of many in this company. I would never recommend this company, even to my enemies. AVOID!

Salaries are low for the line of work the company does, as are the raises. Management is oftentimes stingy with office expenses. CEO is out of touch with his employees and has the ego of Mark Zuckerberg.
