      Good place if you are not ambitious

      Pros

      Not many. Just a lot of free time, not much to do. Plan to join here if you want to retire and earn some money.

      Cons

      Crazy nepotism. Soon couples working here will have their kids join too! Employees are not treated with respect. Work is not given to people according to the skills. Company keeps restructuring (according to the CEO's whims and fancies ), so don't expect to achieve your goals. If you have goals, don't join! A bunch of folks are brought in from India, causing poor diversity. You can gain a lot of experience with politics, and see how a family business runs.

      Felt like a start up with lots of energy and ideas fizzing around and a great set of people to work with

      Cons

      Very difficult to get senior management team in California to stop micro managing teams around the world and let them get on with what they were recruited to do
