Amazing people and a pretty good product suite.

Cons

Does not value employees. Lack of recognition for existing employees and knee jerk hiring or lack of quality candidates. Appalling internal communication - very much closed door policy at senior level.

eGain is a very supportive, friendly company and is also the most gender-neutral company I've ever been at. The Java work is challenging enough to be interesting. The Ceo, Ashu Roy, is the best CEO I've ever worked for.

Cons

There may be occasional travel to the satellite office in India, and also many calls at odd hours with the India developers.
