      The company is undergoing a transformation and is growing rapidly. This provides for a dynamic and interesting place to work and grow. Good local management in place in EMEA now. Sales VP has the right attitude and aptitude and support to make the changes needed.

      Growing pains. Transition to cloud taking longer than expected.

      1. Management lacks focus and wants you to do many things at once. 2. Product needs to improve a lot to make a difference in the market. 3. Product also lack innovation, though there are talks about AI but will need to see how that plays.
