My experience was good with the company. The environment is very friendly and you can maintain work-life balance very easily. The hike and promotion cycle are also very good, manager always connect with you and checks the performance and issues if any on weekly basis.

Cons

There are very less people and it'll be harder in early days as you wont have many friends.

Great knowledge to gain in the early stage of carrier. Handling pressure situation even at fresher level. Responsibilites handover suggests the trust level.
