I worked at corporate. Gave blood and guts and was well regarded. No one picked on me specifically, but the whole environment was nasty and it was definitely the cheapest company that I have ever worked for. Employees were seen as extendible. If you don't like it go somewhere else attitude, and lots of people have usually with better pay and appreciation. Make sure to get money going in, because you can easily be replace for someone for 1/2 your salary. There is one exception to all of this and that is if you are part of the "Indian Family" Feel free to read anything you want into that. Unless you are desperate, don't do it. I will leave on a positive note, most of the "regular" people are very bright and mostly super nice.

Initially you will feel good but later on you will get the real picture - Micro management: Engineering management \ Managers interfere in each and everything. - No Appreciation for good work but you will big notes if you will do any mistake - Family owned business : Lots of husband\wife
