Pros
Work comes to you in waves—sometimes you're so overworked that you can't even eat lunch, while other times you're dying of boredom because you have no work to do & zero communication from your boss. Decent suite of products...
Cons
This is not the company that you want to come into expecting to see cheerful, optimistic employees. Instead, you are greeted by others who are just as bored with their work as you are. Pay, benefits, and stock options are all very minimal...this is honestly one of the cheapest companies in the Silicon Valley. As one of the other reviewers has suggested, forget it unless you're Indian or a family-friend referral.
