      1. Team culture very good, specifically if you are part of services team. 2. Flexibility in work, timings 3. Start up culture 4. Quarterly team parties

      Cons

      1. Low salaries, there are no defined slabs, sometimes fresher hires get the same salary as of 3 year experience working in the company. 2. Intra department politics. 3. Higher management has "Yes Sir Attitude" 4. Not open to new ideas 5. No new innovation in the product 6. No trust factor in the teams by higher management

      eGain has very intellectual capital, most of the team member are from IIT or NIT (most reputed technologies institutes in India). Still a start up cultural, you can a lot of opportunities to learn

      Cons

      Total driven on perception, almost no one in firm do due diligence. Most of the senior management is full of people with "Yes Sir Attitude"
