      The eGain application offers exceptional product functionality when it comes to cross-channel interaction management. The SC group was great and very much as a team helping each other out as needed. We also had direct access to product management and developers to assist with opportunities or to ask technical questions.

      Cons

      There was a lack of career growth with no documented career path. You basically had to wait for someone to leave before there was any room to move up. eGain choose a poor health benefits program for the employees and does not match 401k contributions. I received some stock when I joined, but the stock had not increased in value at all and offered little incentive to stay. We had a very poor win rate against the major players like SalesForce so if you can't beat them, join them.

      Team camaraderie Really good group of people to work with Good UK offices Flexible working hours

      Cons

      Don't really care about their workers You're not getting a free lunch unless you are in sales! Career progressions limited by not being in the US CEO controls all, limiting autonomy, company growth. Big brother mentality. Entrenched middle and upper management means it's hard to get a promotion as everyone senior has been there for 10+ years
