      Difficult to work for

      Pros

      It is a job with very little chance to actually make a sale.

      Cons

      No ability to make decisions on what it takes to win and senior leaders don't really care about your ideas. They think they know best which is why their new sales are next to nothing.

      Nice people, not a great company to work for

      Very friendly coworkers. No complaints regarding my peers.

      Cons

      Very little mentorship lots of secrecy, wasn't included in meetings Lied to by management Management is somewhat nepotistic, multiple people are part of the CEO's family Salaries are below the market rate. I was paid what an entry level employee in a state like Ohio or Florida would make

      Good People, No Direction, No Leadership

      The management is full of hot air. No one in the sales organization's "leadership" has any clue what they're doing. Quotes take forever to put together, professional services has no idea how to price, no modern tooling, no prospecting process, and the software is laughable at best. Everyone in the org that has been there a long time is so far into the cool aid that they can't see their product has horrible UX, is unintuitive crap, and can't stand up next to incumbent newcomers in the industry. Newsflash, you can't win new customer deals easily with 20-year-old marketing materials.
