      A Company with no Real Direction

      Pros

      Relaxed and friendly work environment. Work life balance is generally good, and there is support from management, just not in terms of personal growth.

      Cons

      Employees with any ambition are gone after a couple of years, frequent changes due to a constant shifting of personnel makes it difficult to establish and then perform on goals. Day to day decisions are made by CEO and many are made on his whim, whether or not they are good. Product is clunky and outdated, not much support from other departments. Severe nepotism hinders growth in company, and many meetings are pointless making it difficult to establish flow throughout the day.

      Cons

      Lack of Personal development, anal management attitudes, No support from management, VERY and I mean VERY unorganized, no established system, did I mention they don’t pay up for closed deals?
