Good friendly people to work with. Laid back culture. Lots of employees have been there for a long time. Good analyst coverage.

Cons

Company is weak in understanding competition and markets in general. Channels are not strong. Product too complicated to configure.

A lot of scope to know the whole product quickly , as workload is there always, depends on how you consider this. Very dynamic environment , you get chance to interact a lot and share knowledge and ideas.

1. Less process oriented 2.Technology used is old. 3.Sal diference acrosss communities like NIT, IIT and local.
