      I really appreciated eGain’s company culture. My leadership team did an amazing job at communicating all efforts that were needed in getting projects/assignments done. I had great direction from my team lead. I had an overall positive experience at eGain and truly appreciated the guidance I received. It was a pleasure working with my team. Once you find your routine, the work becomes seamless and enjoyable. Great benefits and 401k employer matching too!

      Culture has not developed in comparison to the market. Code legacy hinders new projects to grow.

However, I am disappointed that you felt your training and possible onboarding experience did not meet your expectations.
