      Health Insurance. 2 days wfh, but the company seems to voice moving towards in-office during teams meetings.

      Cons

      4-person team cubicles. Will avoid raises near the end of the year and pay via backpay.

      Great place & friendly environment

      Pros

      Friendly, often relaxed atmosphere. Employees are encouraged and have options to undertake further training to benefit their careers. Flexible working hours with the option to work from home. Senior management and manager are open, concerned and honest with us (which has improved greatly over the time I've been here). Leadership is in best hands. Listen to its employees and take actions accordingly. Altogether this is the best company to work for.
