Pros

Was part of eGain India Technical Support Team. The work environment was very supportive and encouraging towards newbies to the industry. The people part of the team are super friendly and will treat you very well The management will provide you with enough feedback so that you can steer yourselves towards the right direction.

Cons

Have not experienced any such cons as part of my journey with eGain.

*Supportive team members and managers *Fun at work *Good pay * Team outings (pre-pandemic) *

Cons

* No focus on employee L&D * badge in/out type of organisation that gives a good outlook to managers with the extra work hours versus task completion * Claims to be No.1 in KM solution and yet do not have their own internal KB tool to support employees * Management does not like to take candid feedback from employees
