Pros

Work-life balance is good in patches of the year when there is not much work. The Rotation(UK, Germany and US) policy for the services and consulting departments might be lucrative for freshers. There are a few good people to work with but that is dicey given the level of bureaucracy. Team sizes are growing thereby giving some good managerial opportunities for people who want to take that path in their career.

Cons

Rotation has no meaning for experienced professionals. Sometimes the nights tend to stretch long and one might need to take calls at contemptible times of the day. All this pain for absolutely nothing since there are no acts from the higher management to incentivise hard work. Bad Appraisals. No growth within the firm. Promotions with no hike in salary just mean more work and similar pay. Routine work since the kind of problems handled are more or less the same in every project. Over all it is a very bad place to work if you are very young. A decent place if you are looking to settle for a low-paying rote job where you can excel by just turning up on time.

Pros

As European division of a US company there was a reasonable amount of autonomy within the region

Cons

Little, if any strategy with regards to market alignment or how to position the proposition versus competition. Poor customer service and engagement.

Pros

Teammates were helpful, collaborative, and easy to work with.

Cons

No work-from-home or remote flexibility. Tech stack is outdated, with little scope to try new tools or frameworks. Career growth is slow, with limited upskilling or learning opportunities. Management is rigid and not very open to modern practices or employee feedback.
