      I worked at eGain for and, unfortunately, my experience was quite negative. The work environment was toxic, with poor management and unrealistic expectations. There was no work-life balance, as employees were constantly overworked without proper recognition or support. Additionally, work-from-home (WFH) options were not provided, even when they could have been feasible. The lack of proper leadership and unhealthy work culture made it difficult to grow or feel valued. I would not recommend this company to those looking for a healthy and supportive workplace.

      Pros

      eGain are an excellent company to work for, with great values and vision. The recruitment process was very smooth, with support, guidance and responsiveness throughout. The working environment is relaxed yet focused, and the people are great to work with. I would highly recommend eGain.

      Pros

      I was hired in eGain as software engineer trainee. We received 3 months training then I was assigned to product engineering department as a software engineer. I have been enjoying my tenure here at eGain. Recently plenty of support from my lead, manager and the HR team. Good platform to learn and grow. The upcoming update to software architecture is exciting and I’m looking forward to it.
