Not much micro management Good people Freedom to take technical decisions Managers not much stringent about leaves Work from home option if required

Cons

Upper management really bad at planning Some veterans have grown really comfortable in their positions and aren't challenged at all, hence limited growth Very late with appraisals Compensation not up to industry standards nowadays
