Pros

Great Health benefits. They help you get licensed and pay for it

Cons

Does not feel secure for a long term career. Micromanaged, shady way they get customers to call in. Compliance is always changing depending on the season and can catch u off guard and make u pay for it. They make u feel replaceable and unappreciated. I left due to feeling unsecure. Managers are ok. But upper management their is disconnected

Pros

I’ve really enjoyed working here. I’ve been here close to a year and the compensation is great, the people are great, the hours are good. If you have discipline you can make a lot of money, but you have a bit of freedom so if you chose to talk and walk around you won’t make as much.

Cons

The only down side in my eyes is the fact that it’s still a call center at the end of the day. It’s a professional environment and everyone has their space but you’re still on the phone. If you’re someone like me that is highly active then it can grow on you, but at the end of the day the pros far outweigh the cons.
