Pros

Insurance is the only good thing about Ehealth now.

Cons

They used to have great upper management until recent. After several great managers left or were forced to leave the company this company is being run in the ground. No one knows what they are doing and now the company is being sanctioned by Humana, UHC and Aetna. HORRIBLE HORRIBE people running this company now. Do yourself a favor and move past this job opportunity.

Pros

Good benefits, can't think of anything else.

Cons

I know, I know, you think I am the typical "They hate all managers" person. I've been both, so chill. eHealth WAS amazing. eHealth very much has turned onto awful street and is smashing the throttle. Love micromanagement? Work here. Love working where appreciation is non-existent and taking as many calls as possible simply isn't enough? Work here. Want to answer calls inquiring about a variety of topics OTHER than Medicare and getting yelled at for not selling? Work here. Want to be a top rep, work insanely hard, be a positive team player, only to receive zero recognition and get paid less and less every year? Work here. or...if you are smart...DON'T

Costly Mistakes by Management

Pros

The people on the teams are wonderful to work with. Easy to navigate and get things done rather quickly

Cons

First it started with no bonuses for 2014, CEO bragging about his new purchases in front of employees the day before the layoff - TACKY Then the mass layoff of 150 employees. Management let credible, hardworking employees that had seniority go and kept employees with less seniority and not hardworking stay - shame on you! Now they have employees leaving daily, the company is in a "bad" state of repair.
