Toxic! Avoid it like the plague

Pros

Remote work (which is what most people really enjoy)

Cons

Director- and Senior Director-level are incompetent, and seem to get by with their outdated knowledge and skill sets. The pay ranges here are too low to ever attract talent with fresh modern ideas and experience, that can make a real difference. This place is operating in the dark ages and has a long way to go to update and modernize its internal operations and systems. People managers have no training as managers and it shows. Don't you dare be candid or speak up about any of it, either.

Yes men culture

Pros

Yes it's a good ol boys club in upper leadership, and that's a huge advantage if you are a man that is willing to kiss the right behinds. You may be given the opportunity to have more responsibility, just without the title or the pay and an empty promise of future advancement one day when the company can afford it. The question is, does the company fold or is it bought out?

Cons

The pervasive yes man mentality has been a slow yet steady decay in the fabric of what once was a strong, vibrant and modern culture. That culture has been replaced as a revolving door of leadership has ushered in a new culture, a culture of "shut up and do what you are told or be hazed out." Leadership here is not defined by the ability to innovate and make decisions but in your ability to be a cookie cutter order taker and deliverer.

Pros

Great Benefits, tuition reimbursement, internet and cellphone covered, great work life balance except during AEP (October 15th-December 7th), work from home. Great job if you have enough patience to deal with the 65+ crowd all day. Holiday's and paid time off are amazing

Cons

Company continuously lies, went from 1 Saturday per quarter to 1 about every month. They state if you are a top performer you can make $125K+ haven't seen that anywhere. Commission structure constantly changes and you make less during harder times of selling. Claim you are here to help consumers, but want you to change peoples plans based off of one or two reasons for calling in. The marketing for medicare in general is atrocious especially the giveback and flex card benefits. Every supervisor you ask a question too has a different answer. Upper management is horrible at communication. Unclear instructions all over the place. Most of the top sellers aren't here for too long. They make compliance a top priority, but do 0 to educate you on it during training. Instead they tell you how amazing the calls and consumers are.
