Pros

None. Unfortunately I don't have anything such a toxic place

Cons

Management dysfunctional and no welcome for new ideas and wondering how this organization exists in the e-commerce world. HR is JOKE here...... Senior Exec have no idea whats going on in the engineering side of things neither they care.

Pros

The sales pitch at time of hire painted a picture of a growing organization with endless possibilities and earning potential.

Cons

The leadership there manages by fear, and measures your effectiveness by slack. If you are posting gifs and memes in slack all day, it's considered motivational. If you aren't posting in slack, you're not a team player. If you have a bad month, they'll just fire you if they don't like you. It doesn't matter if you're just on 1st pip. They will fire you. Not that it's the worst thing, as they're only paying $16/hr... Which is up from $10/hr which is what I made there. I feel so stupid for working there. Fortunately I have recovered and am in the process of rebuilding, and ehealth will eventually just be a bad memory.

Pros

Bankers hours, pay and you get a sales contract so you Know what you will be paid for your sales.

Cons

Men that show physical aggression towards women. Mean girl squads run by a man that thinks it's OK to to tell an entire training class they are not welcome at the company potluck thrown for all employees that had a Birthday in July or August. They even ganged up on an individual that didn't have the money to bring something to the potluck. Made the person cry. Management doesn't care as long as they think you will sell for them. Bathrooms are filthy! Feces running down the front of toilets and urine sprayed all over the toilet seats. Filthy break room.
