Pros

- 401k Matching - ESPP plan (even though stock price has cratered)

Cons

- Poor management team - Poor severance package - eHealth should stand for electronic but they are very immature in the digital space - Extremely unstable, 5 different managers (VP, CDO, CMO) in a 1.5 year span - New CMO came in and replaced the majority of the org with former colleagues that aren't digital marketing savvy

Pros

Nothing. Had to enter atleast 5 words for Pros....here you go - I wish there was a negative star rating.

Cons

- One of the worst companies to work for in bayarea. - Leadership sucks. - Existence of HR is questionable. No culture or values. Employee wellbeing is a joke. - Longtimers and able managers and employees are leaving. Only political BS is around. BEWARE!
