Pros

Allow permanent remote positions, on any time zone

Cons

The new management is trying to cut down losses due to which they laid off 100's of employees on a zoom call, saying today is your last day. Most employees let go were the ones they hired in the last 6 months. Awful.

Pros

Used to be a great company but has really gone downhill.

Cons

Unrealistic metrics. Poor communication. Horrible training and IT departments. Mass firing occurred via zoom without warning and without reason. CEO sent email to entire company just minutes before the zoom letting everyone know they were letting people go. Completely unprofessional.

Pros

Health benefits, Competitive pay… sometimes. Good training program

Cons

Where do I begin? Wow. First let’s talk about nepotism. Good old boys club with friends hiring friends, then promoting them exorbitantly faster than other deserving agents. There is a seriously toxic environment of backstabbing and career sabotage for personal gain. It’s a very corporate game playing type of work environment. Did I say toxic? Very toxic. Upper management, i.e. Director and VP level employees are like jellyfish when it comes to standing up to the C suit. Spineless. It’s their fault the C level employees were allowed to run rampant with setting sales goals that looked great to Wall Street, but were quite frankly unattainable without using very high pressure sales tactics. Just take a look at the stock price. EHTH on Nasdaq. Look at the last 10 years. It’s a sinking ship. Sadly, a place that was once a good place to work was overtaken by cowards.
