Pros

Only pro I can think of is their expensive medical insurance if that’s a pro.

Cons

Unfair Call routing phone metrics, angry And confused customers over commercial. Agents moving customers from plans they shouldn’t be removed from to make sales requirements. Overall a horrible experience and lowers self esteem extremely non productive calls. Good luck fitting your lunch and breaks in due to pressure of Daily submission Requirements. It’s a joke you will see. Have a back up because you definitely won’t be happy unless NOT doing the right thing for customers is your thing and you have zero morals. And if they don’t like you they will force you out and they definitely don’t care about you.
