Pros

Work from home, decent base pay, pay for license

Cons

The most corrupt company you could ever work for. Soliciting insurance is illegal so they transfer third party calls based off of food cards that you may find out aren’t available after a 30 minute call and they will encourage you to push elders to change plans anyways. I would help elders that genuinely benefited from moving plans and would stay with their current doctors and medications but quickly became a low performer for not scamming dementia patients that didn’t know any better. Got less calls as time went on and did half the work as the “top performers” and got paid the same so do what you want with that information

Pros

none except being at home

Cons

10 dollar commissions!!! enough said! horrible all around, ZERO incentives to maximize sales, you get nothing for being a top performer, also they base your (already pitiful) monthly bonus on schedule adherence! if you are on the phone during your break or lunch times, you are docked. go into personal for a minute for the bathroom = docked, late 30 seconds for break = docked... they make sure to not base pay on performance so that they can shark you as much as possible. what insurance agent wants to make 10 dollar commissions!!
