      Free lunch.... and thats about it!

      Cons

      You get overworked. You get thrown in the fire, no formal training. The owner cuts a lot of corners and you are expected to fill them in. Pay is not competitive at all, no vacation, no benefits at all. Barely any raises or promotions. The owner recruits non-degree employees so he can pay them very minimal and expect them to do the work of someone with a degree. I recommend to not work here, there are many other opportunities out there besides this.

      Thank you for your feedback. We currently offer a handful of benefits t our employees, including health care plans from New Jersey's largest provider Horizon Blue Cross Blue Shield, paid time off ( vacation), and paid sick occurrences. In addition performance review's are held annually with salary increases if warranted Today all of our engineer's have degree's or certifications from accredited technical schools. Regrettably your experience at eMazzanti was not well informed.

      Great shop to learn Microsoft Products

      Pros

      Great company to learn Microsoft products from. If you want to be in IT or a System Administrator or Network Administrator this is a great company to work for. The owner is always striving for success and you can learn everything from Customer interaction to be a very techy guy a use every type of technology possible such as Routers, Switches, Servers (from racking to building), Desktops, Network, Architecture, VM's, etc. And it's located in beautiful Hoboken NJ, right across from the Hudson river.

      Cons

      Because it is a small company micromanagement is moderate. Parking can be tough sometimes because it is Hoboken.
