Overwork. Embarrassingly underpaid - the average CSM base salary is $75k. At eScreen you make $45-50k base salary for the same work. EXTREMELY OVERWORKED. You will drown in work. Going on vacation is scary because you may come back to a pile of work just left for you because there’s little to no support. Management does not do a good job at advocating for their employees. No bonuses structure because they don’t create KPIs or Metrics that you can be paid for when it comes to retention/renewal/upsell of clients

Strict company policies that are only sometimes enforced; HR does not adhere to Abbott (parent company) policies; Staff is overworked and promotions are limited unless you wish to jump into a new department and learn their workflows and processes; No accountability for any managers who are behaving unprofessionally; No work/life balance; No annual review for managers, so HR and directors do not evaluate performances, or correct poor behaviors.
