The HR department does not treat the departments/individuals with respect. Work from home was removed for the table for some, but not for others. Specifically, You are told that the WFH is for SR employees, when it is not. There are other who do the same job, but have been there longer and they WFH. This seems like a double standard. Bonuses were removed. Not much room for advancement. High employee turnover, which hurts those who stay and collect the extra work. The company is not willing to keep employees.

Job titles are constantly in flux, bosses have a weekly meeting with not real purpose, had to work through lunch tons of times while being told to clock out for lunch hour your worked during, parking is terrible, there is no communication between departments which means everyone is always yelling at someone else, no one takes responsibility for what they are doing, and if you try to move up in the corporate ladder they will black ball you and find a reason to let you go.
