Horrible management. All the hardest workers, never got promoted. All the people who were mediocre but could play the politics game well got promoted. So management was full of undeserving promoted people, who barely knew how to do tech support. The exception was Dean H. that man was the best supervisor and the only management who gave me hope and truly motivated me. He did the work of other managers, worked so hard and long hours all for them to let him go.
