      Almost perfect Company

      Pros

      - Direct Supervisors are always communicating and looking out for you, - Work environment is comfortable, flexible to work from office or from home - Workload while busy is always manageable and always work to get resources in the proper places - Company promotions and pay raises are always based on performance with pay raises being semi annual, so if you excel they will reward - Schedule is always planned, and you can pick up days for overtime, but you usually know well in advance what and when you are working

      Cons

      - Communication between departments is always poor, with some wait times really egregious. This one problem causes a lot of issues within the role

      A good place to make a good impact

      -Lots of ability to influence product strategy -Great people at the IC/lower mgmt level -Staff and management all passionate about sustainability

      Cons

      -Culture can be challenging with a lot of old guard in leadership roles -Acquisition chaos -Poor work life balance
