Pros

The company is on a good trajectory. Opportunities to learn are available. But growth can be challenging. Increased efforts in making more data-driven decisions.

Cons

There is lot's of change happening and change is hard. Change management hasn't been the best, and that can be tough to adapt to. Ambiguity all over as the company is still figuring out their remote/hybrid culture and expectations about what that means.

A nice company to work home if you enjoy working from home and learning new things. Positive people and opportunities outside your role.

Cons

Repetitive work, high expectations, rotating schedule, some nights and weekends, kind of stressful at times. It’s very sink or swim.
