Pros

CEO shares the company's vision to everyone. Supportive work environment. Managers are genuinely concerned of your desired career path. They are patient and will take care of you as you learn. Lots of areas to grow. Sweet freebies. In my tenure, they have given me a thermostat, lightswitch and other sweet hardware. You get to work with talented people from other departments, and meet like minded individuals. Pantry has adequate snacks and beverages, and you can ask for a specific item to be ordered if you wish. Quarterly outings with teammates are quite memorable. Employee benefits are sufficient.

Cons

Scheduling promotes poor work/life balance. But that was advised on the interview. Management is transparent with their needs and what is required of you. The scheduling manager tries to balance the needs of the employees vs the needs of the company. Unfortunately, they cannot please everyone, but the transparency shown by the management is much appreciated.
