Thanks for your feedback, we take these concerns to heart here at ecobee. We’ve implemented a few changes to our Technical Support team since your time here. We provide four weeks of formal in-class training, and once on the phones, our CSRs have support and access to our QA/Trainers, other CSRs, and the Supervisory team. We may ask for people to step up when extra support is needed, but that’s a part of our company culture and core values (Driven, Integrity and Initiative). Our team is growing quickly, so we tend to have new Supervisors who are new to managing people. We continually support them and help them develop their people management skills. Although this takes a little bit of time and patience, it’s always worth it when you have great managers supporting an awesome group of people.
