      Pros

      ecobee is a great company to work for. People are smart, driven, passionate and innovative. The company is growing at a very rapid pace and is evolving quickly with lots of positive buzz about the future outlook of the company. Management is very open, listens to employees and does a great job of keeping everyone updated on what is going on. ecobee offers excellent benefits and perks and competitive salaries and offers a lot of opportunity for rapid career growth. Great location in downtown Toronto.

      As a fast growing company sometimes it is hard to keep up with all that is going on.

      * Politically charged environment. Good for people who are good at BSing * Uses decade old technologies. Suggestions to upgrade technologies is discouraged * One man show most of the time
